About the host: 

Layla was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and has experience in creative writing, mainly poetry and short stories. She is a film buff and has been apart of PHU’s film club board (her favorite film is Revenge of the Sith), Teens4TeensHelp’s Youth Advisory Board, and the National English Honor Society. She enjoys playing guitar, collecting vinyls and old comics, and spending time with family and friends.
